There are four families of workshops:
Communication
This series of 12 workshops is designed to help people work together better by appreciating the different behavioural styles of the people they work with. The workshops increase interpersonal understanding and reduce conflict so that people are more able to co-operate productively. These workshops cover the essentials of communication, teamwork, sales, and managing conflict.
Coaching skills for managers
Managers can dramatically improve their ability to get the best from people and handle difficult interpersonal situations by adding a range of coaching skills to their existing skill set. This series of four one-day workshops shows them how.
10 Fundamentals of managing people
Many managers want to be better at managing their people but don't know where or how to start. This series of workshops breaks 'people management' down into 10 bite-sized chunks so competence is improved in a methodical and structured manner.
The effectiveness mapTM
The effectiveness map is a model of human performance that is based on years of research into the differences between people who are highly effective and people who aren't. This series of three one-day workshops shows managers and leaders how they can transform their effectiveness and produce better results in their business.
